About Us
Barham Legal LLC (est. 2009) was formed to provide custom-tailored legal solutions to those who have grown tired or wary of large and impersonal law firms. We choose to focus on sophisticated legal matters not usually handled by small firms. Our size gives us agility and hands on experience across a breadth of practice disciplines, and by practicing in many states our clients have the benefit of entrusting one firm to handle matters in jurisdictions across the country.
We represent individuals and families, business owners and investors, funds and corporations, and nonprofits. We pride ourselves on our experience, attention to detail, and commitment to success.

Daniel O. Barham
Dan Barham is the founder of Barham Legal LLC, a full-service law firm with national scope. Dan’s individual practice has evolved over time – starting with state and local tax law to a full-scale creditor rights and litigation practice. Today, Dan is licensed in many jurisdictions (state, federal, and bankruptcy courts), and his clients include investors, entrepreneurs, and loan servicers. He personally represents the firm’s clients in litigation matters, creditor rights and default servicing matters, and appeals. Dan enjoys counseling the firm’s estate planning and probate clients. He is a dynamic advocate in the courtroom, and a trusted counselor to his clients.
Dan graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Dan resides in Williamson County, Tennessee (just south of Nashville), but frequently represents his clients across the country. Dan spends his free time outdoors where he enjoys hunting with family, friends, and clients.
